A friend suggested that i go to Red Box for an oil change and so i did. The experience was more than great. The owner had the car in an out very fast and the price was low. So now i take my car there for smog checks and also great service and awesome price. This shop is very fair and honest, i now recommend it to all my friends!
The place is a little small though, And they don't change tires.
Keep ignoring me because they were busy (?). Seemed like they prioritize Chinise people cause I didn't get any service despite the fact that I got there first. Got huge frustration and ended up leaving. Got INSTANT great service at next place.

I got there and three other people were standing around waiting. No one came out to address us. As time went on more and more people joined the line. After waiting and being ignored for a while I just walked next door and was helped immediately. My smog check was completed and I was out of there in about 10 mins. I looked over and the same people were in line and hadn't been seen yet. I don't have time to jerk around and the situation could've been handled differently. If he's too busy to handle the load then say something, put out a sign - closed, appointment only, something. Don't just leave a bunch of people hanging out kicking rocks in your parking lot. There's other service shops that do provide service. Costed the same $30 too.
The boss is honest and reliable, He usually gets the job done pretty fast if he isn't talking to other customers. More importantly, He doesn't overcharge you and doesn't make up bs to get you waste money on things you do not need, Like those places run by thugs and high school dropouts (Jiffylube I am looking at you).
