Great merchandise, great selection, great service, great parking, great sized store with so many appliances and mattresses to choose from. Unlike "worst buy" with limited appliances and so many useless junk and accessories for sale by depressed teenaged charlatans, "Howard's" have everything organized and on display for you to open and press with experts who can cheerfully help you! You can avoid the crowds by going weekdays.
Came in to purchase a Refrigerator. Everyone was very welcoming and very friendly. Miguel assisted us and he really knew his stuff. He was very informative, he knew all the features and helped me make a decision that I feel good about. We'll probably be back soon for one of the beds he showed us! Thanks Howard's!

Mike was extremely helpful in assisting us with the purchase of a refrigerator and a ranger. We changed our minds several times in the process, and he was extremely patient in changing the paperwork process, accommodating our requests. What I like about Howard's is that their representatives are knowledgeable about everything in their store. What I liked about Michael is that he shows you how each feature of an appliance works. You do not get this kind of attention or knowledge from the sales forces at Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. It's because I got this attention that I decided to give Howard's my business. Delivery and installation was easy breezy. Many people today in retail do not know what they have in their store, nor can they tell you anything about it. I like to be educated. I am a happy camper with the refrigerator, washer and dryer. The third installation of my oven hood did not go as well. The requisition of the installation was not received by Howards' subcontractor, (Longs) so the installation did not happen on the day it was supposed to. When Longs did not call to tell me when they were coming, I knew something was wrong. When the subcontractor arrived the next day he spent 2-1/2 hrs trying to install my oven hood and finally said there was a manufacturer's defect of the product. The next day another installer came with another hood and was able to install it. This simple process ended up wasting 3 of my days. Plus Michael did not tell me about an installation fee. I thought this was all included. I initially gave a 5 star review but for these reasons I downgraded them to 3 stars.
