Also dr J Xu is the type who treats patients by their MR number instead of them as an individual person. He walks in and out really quickly as if it's a routine check ups. No compassion no feelings.

Rudness on part of the nurses . How does the majority of the personnel get their licenses, they don't understand English

dont come here I was mis diagnosed and waited hours for a prescription and no anwsers still in pain

Dr. Stephen Chen ( a pulmonologist) is very competent! I trust him with my life. He's so thorough and humble (he'll read all the tests, comes back to explain and back again to the drawing board); not arrogant like (I believe Angela Chung). First of all I can't understand some of the things she was saying. She asked questions as if she's just rambling on and on. And it was such an offending thing when she said "oh your mom is so much better; she is very comfortable. So comfortable" So I told her "she would be flipping through tv channels rather than being here having shortness of breathe and other difficulties.) Then she tries to send her home even without finding the underlying problems. She said she can go and come back if things get worst. I told her I need Dr Chen. I was about to tell her go read her chart carefully and ask relevant questions. And I told her do not make that comment again. Do not assume a patient is fine and is comfortable especially having a breathing tube in. She needs to listen to patients carefully. She shouldn't use assumption. She's not the patient. She is not qualify to be in the medical field!

Thanks to all the friendly staffs like FRED , Porscia, Irene, Bernadette, and Hyde(very knowledgeable RNs)!!! Penelope please get additional training.

My daughter was taken there for an emergency, I have never in my entire life had encountered this low of care, very negligent

Great hospital! Everyone I meet here is great! The security guards in the parking lot are great! The staff in the window is also great! Nurse, doctor, everyone is great! They are warm, kind and professional! Although I am ill, but the people here make me feel better!

My daughter was afraid for her life

Unfortunately my father was admitted here because of his facilities failure to listen to us that we didn't want him admitted here. Not a single doctor saw him for over 6 hours. It was not clean and the staff was incompetent. His monitor was beeping so I let multiple nurses know and no one came for over 35 minutes. I tried to get him transferred to Garfield but they refuse to let me. This place is a joke. It is what I expect the hospitals in Cuba or a third world country to look and run like.
