2 Days later, my regal app showed up with the tickets under “past tickets”.
Edwards Cinema is one of the best movie theatre in the area. My go to theatre. The seats are clean and odor free. Staff are friendly and professional. The prices are affordable especially on Tues and Sundays ($6.50 bucks all day). Parking lot is huge and free.
I have emailed the company asking for a refund, but have yet to hear anything back. This is really unacceptable.
I like it here because they have $6 dollar nights on Thursday & Sundays. It's always clean and enjoyable. Close to home and very awesome vibe.
Pretty decent theatre with good deals on Sundays. They have several Imax/3d screens though they don't seem particularly large. Popcorn is usually fresh because they draw a decent crowd. Parking can be tricky-try parking across the street or by the Ross to get in and out more easily. There is a rite aid next where you can get cheaper box candy to smuggle in.
I have had decent experiences at this location before, but my last visit was sadly horrible. I had purchased 4 tickets to see Thor at 7:40pm on the regal website, but after I had completed the order, I never received an email. This was odd as my card was charged and I had received points for my crown card, but could not find the tickets anywhere. So, I went in person to confirm the tickets that I had purchased. The lady at the help desk was able to find my purchase, but told me they sold out for the time of the showing(7:40pm), and I’d have to wait til 9:30pm to watch the movie. Frustrated, I asked for a refund because I worked the next day at 5:30am and it would’ve been a nightmare to get home by midnight. She told me she was unable to give me a refund for the tickets because I used a credit card. What does that even mean? I was unable to see the movie and I haven’t received my money back.
It's your average theater. Nothing really that stands out or to brag about. Concession lines are always long. Some of the cashiers seem to have really bad attitudes and then there are those that shine. I wouldn't recommend to watch a really long movie here because the seats start to get uncomfortable but other than that you really can't complain. Good prices, good movies, and decent selection at the concession counter.
