Yum!! I'm giving five stars for the Shanghai pan fried pork dumplings and just that alone! It's ridiculously delicious. We come here only for this whenever we are in LA. It is the perfect soft, crispy dumpling ever. It is filled with a juicy meat filling that explodes with soup when you bite into it. Just be careful because the juice is hot and can burn your lips.
